Yes, we have organized activities at both our Winston-Salem and Greensboro locations, but nothing is quite as invigorating as the pure joy of open jump at Airbound Trampoline Park!
Trampoline jumping provides a low-impact workout that is very good for your heart, your metabolism, your muscles, your joints and, ultimately, your energy. So, open up to the possibility of “fun health” at Airbound Trampoline Park!
A nice, open jump period is an excellent form of aerobics that improves blood pressure and circulation and helps control cholesterol and rid the body of toxins.
The constant movement of repetitive, unrestricted rebounding boosts your body’s metabolism, which effectively burns calories and helps with weight loss. As a matter of fact, a NASA study showed that it’s 68 percent more efficient at burning calories than jogging for the same amount of time.
A sustained open jump will give you a total-body workout, strengthening your vital core muscles with every unhampered spring. Trampoline exercise flexes virtually every part of the body, strengthening abdominal muscles better than doing crunches or sit-ups.
As you bounce freely, the body absorbs an increased amount of calcium and deposits that in your bones, which aids in the fight against arthritis. Also, the ongoing toughening of ligament and tendon muscles will work to strengthen your joints.
Regular trampoline exercise will increase the oxygen carried to the brain and other organs, which will combat fatigue. It also will release the crucial endorphins that maintain a general feeling of wellbeing and optimism.
Both The American College of Sports Medicine and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention have identified trampoline jumping as moderate-intensity exercise. This level of exercise, when maintained for 30 to 60 minutes a day for five days a week, makes a healthy lifestyle open to everyone.
In addition to participating in an open jump, there are other activities that may appeal to the entire family.
Both Greensboro and Winston-Salem parks offer:
Regularly scheduled After Dark sessions for ages ten and over on selected Friday nights from 8:00 to 10:00 pm that feature neon lighting and energetic music, along with the usual fun activities.

Of course, we are available for birthday parties and group events from family reunions to church youth outings to school class celebrations. You gather the group and we’ll provide the fun!
Trampoline events are a great way to do fundraising, too, whether it’s for non-profit agencies, churches, PTAs or other groups. Pick a date from Tuesday through Friday and we will donate $2 to your organization for every customer who refers to your group.
