All jumpers must have a valid waiver to jump. Complete the form online or at the facility.

We strive to be as accommodating as possible, however we adhere to the following policies in an effort to ensure the safety and well-being of all of our guests.

If you are under 18 years of age, you MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign our waiver for you. There are NO exceptions. IDs are also required for anyone 18 and over.

***PLEASE NOTE:
Waivers are valid for one year from original signature date. New waiver must be signed after expiration of prior form.
